Our Organic Corn Flour is stone-milled from yellow whole sweet corn kernels, giving it a light and fine texture and vivid color. It is enriched with natural protein and fiber from the bran, germ, and endosperm. This whole grain corn flour makes tasty, tender, and rich cornbread that is less crumbly than the bread made with cornmeal. Corn Flour can be used to add a special color and flavor to your bread dough. It is organic, vegan-friendly, and Non-GMO.
Benefits of Stone milling: Grain berries are peeled with slow stone rotation and the germ and bran are blended into the flour, bringing with it natural enzymes and vitamins. Since the flour never comes in contact with metal, oxidation is limited.
